Stopped working a while ago. Deleted the program (which was a chore in itself, all kind of problems) after saying a connection could not be made, waited a couple of weeks and am now trying to download and install it again. Program will not install/download. This USED to be a great program, I guess this app is no longer important to Kitco. I wish there was a way to give it "zero" stars.
Desktop program is not downloadable?? Come on guys. Your whole reputation is at stake here. You acknowledged getting hacked but you won't do anything to resolve it?
Like the others say program has not worked in many weeks This download files lack an execution file and is worthless.
